It’s all in the timing

I was watching the live stream of Guy in a Cube last night and this question came up. 

“What book(s) would you recommend to someone transitioning from being the resident Excel expert to a Data Analyst position focused on Power BI Dashboards?”

 

I REALLY wanted to shout “Over here!” but the book wasn’t available yet, and no-one knew about it, so it would have been a bit odd.

It would be amazing if one day I hear someone say “Hey, Wyn Hopkins wrote this great book for Excel folks beginning their Power BI journey called Power BI for the Excel Analyst, and you should check out his YouTube channel too”

One day…

  1. Congratulations, Wyn, with the publication of this book! Very impressive that you have created this book that caters for those transitioning from Excel to Power BI.

    Honestly, the transition was very beneficial to enhancing my Excel skills as well. Truly hope that Guy in a Cube will give a shout out to your book now that it has been published.
